Honest Maids only hires high quality employees who are not only friendly and experienced but are also trustworthy, cordial and discrete. We are known to be fun and energetic too!

Our services are Pet and Baby friendly and use only the most trustworthy cleaning supplies available at no extra charge.
We do recurring cleaning offered (Bi-Weekly, Weekly, Monthly) call us at (602) 500-2285.
Bookings are available starting at 2 hours of surface cleaning services.
WE ARE FULLY LICENSED + BONDED + INSURED for your protection and ours. (for us trust is key!)
Although we do work weekends our hours are limited so that our team can enjoy a healthy lifestyle as well!

9. Products Used Any products used or recommended by any of the Honest Maids staff and or leadership team or otherwise from Honest Maids, LLC. Are not being promoted through contracted endorsements or do we in any way receive financial compensation for making such recommendations. We share and use what we do because we trust their brands, products, and trust their social and ecological efforts. For specialty cleans (e.g. post-construction, etc.) a 50% cancellation fee will be applied for cleans not canceled by 1 PM the day before your clean. No Warranty. Honest Maids, LLC. provides this website and its content “as is” and without any representation or warranty, express, implied, or statutory. Honest Maids, LLC. specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  Honest Maids, LLC. protects the security and safety of its customers and its quality of services by being fully insured, bonded and certified. Direct Hiring of Our Housekeepers. Honest Maids, LLC. invests heavily in training methods and background screening to find quality employees.

Hiring OUR current, Ex-worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $5,000.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within the 2 year period prior to such employment. By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business, otherwise; Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered. Exchanging contact info is considered part of this breach. Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that Honest Maids is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. In fact, anyone may report this to the proper Government and Judicial authorities so investigation ensues. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Honest Maids (when applicable), but also by United States Federal and Local Laws. Employee safety. Honest Maids, LLC. reserves the right to remove its employees from your home should the environment become unsafe, our cancellation policy will apply. Pets. We will gladly work with pets. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Honest Maids, LLC. reserves the right to remove its employees from your home. If an employee leaves your home prior to completion, Honest Maids, LLC. will charge you a pro-rated expense based on work performed. If removal of our housekeepers is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.

Please safely secure heirlooms and collectibles prior to cleanings. Please advise of fragile items (and their care) in special account instructions.

Large and Heavy items.

For safety and liability reasons, Honest Maids, LLC. does not allow our team of cleaning professionals to lift or move heavy items or furniture above 15 lbs.

Damages.

Honest Maids, LLC. Cleaning Professionals promise to conduct themselves professionally in your home. In the event of an accidental damage, notify our office within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for damages reported more than 48 hours after the end of the cleaning appointment. Honest Maids, LLC. Requests that you are accessible to be contacted so that Honest Maids or its representatives can assess and repair any damages.

Honest Maids, LLC. reserves the right to contract suitable professionals to repair damages. Honest Maids, LLC. will make payment arrangements directly to its contractors to settle any damage repair.

Caulking and Grout.

Honest Maids, LLC. does not assume responsibility for the restoration of severely worn, stained or mildewed caulking and grout.

Discounts.

Honest Maids reserves the right to alter or withdraw discounts on future service at any time, but will always advise clients of any change.
